The Comprehensive Symbol List

Post by fayez »

Hello,

I really don't understand why some symbols don't work or appear using and looking at the comprehensive symbol list.

For example table 228, I used the package "milstd", but the symbols don't appear on another case table 316, the symbols don't appear either.

I am using TeXworks and it is fully updated. Any help ?

What distribution are you using? :)
Could you provide us with an MWE?

Well, in some distributions the packages come with other packages, meaning the depend on other packages. For example, recently I installed TeX Live under Ubuntu and for using acronym, I had to install bigfoot instead of 'acronym' like I used to under Windows' MikTeX.
