eqexam | Long Solution vs. Short Solution

Post by Mikerada6 »

I am trying to use the eqexam package to type up all my notes and homework assignments for the classes i am teaching. I would like to be able to have a short and long answer. So that I can print two different versions of the answer keys. One where the final answer is given and one where all the work leading up to the answer is given.

Hello,

Don Story's eqexam package has a solution environment which can be divided into short and long solutions if desired. His fortextbook option may also help with your notes. You can find the most recent version of eqexam with manuals and examples at http://www.math.uakron.edu/~dpstory/eqexam.html.
