BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Get rid of Dates in Citations from second Time on

Hi,

I want LaTeX to automatically not include the data of the cite the second time a work is cited. I am using the Harvard package. I know I can do this manually with \citename. But is there a way to make LaTeX automatically do it?
