Remove Page Numbers and align Chapter Entries in ToC

Post by antiatomkraft »

Hi there! I am writing my thesis and have a few questions with the table of content.

1. How can I remove the page numbers in the TOC (together with the long dots)? I mean those numbers on the right.

2. Some of the chapter names are very long. How can I make them align properly and start at the next line?

3. Is it possible to align 'Contents' at the center?

I am using \documentclass[12pt]{report}. Thanks!

For your first question, have a look at my comment in this post.
For the other questions, the titletoc manual might help you with that. The manual is chapter 7 in the titlesec documentation.
