Texmaker and TeXstudio ⇒ File deleted when stuck

Hi everyone!

I've had the same problem twice with Texmaker 3.1: it gets stuck and, after closing, deletes all the information in the tex file, leaving a blank file. I think it could have something to do with the interaction with the network we work on (at least I think some malfunction there makes it get stuck), but I don't know why Texmaker "decides" to leave a blank file instead of just closing it as it was.

Has anyone had this problem or does anyone have an idea about why this could be happening? Could there be something I could do configuration-wise?
