BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Change Order of Author Names for only some References

Hello.

As a general rule, I use the bibliography style authordate1. I like that it produces references with the Last Name, First Name format. But now I have a reference written by an organization (namely, the Human Rights Campaign). Bibtex is producing a reference that says Campaign, Human Rights. I don't want it to do that. I've tried using various reference types for this entry, but that doesn't help.

Any advice on changing the word order for just this one reference?
