Configuration Problem

Hi,
I'm new in forum and latex software, and I need some help using it.
Ok, I'm having problem using MikTex when I press F7 (ps>pdf) and shows me the message:

Process started: ps2pdf "Novo".ps

Access denied.

Unable to open command line file _.at

Process exited normally

So, I can see the document in Pdf format but I can't format my document.
When i write something in the document it doesn't changes in the pdf view format.

here's an image of my OPTIONS>COMMANDS that can help.
