LyX ⇒ Show unnumbered Items in ToC

I am writing my master thesis. I have the Bibliography, Appendix, and Vita at the end of my thesis. I would like to add them in my table of content. I used \addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Bibliography}. However, in the table of content, it showed
"Bibliography 64"

in stead of what I want
"Bibliography .............................................64"

Also, the next item that I added was also in the same line in table of content, something like this:
" Bibliography 64 Vita 65"
In stead of what I want
"Bibliography .............................................64
Vita......................................................65"

Hi,

I guess there's no solution yet because you didn't post an example which shows the undesired behavior. Perhaps post a compilable example or attach a LyX file to a forum post, which we can check for the cause.
