BibTeX, biblatex and biber

I am trying to set up multibbl when using the template http://www-h.eng.cam.ac.uk/help/tpl/tex ... esisStyle/ for my thesis. When generating the PDF file, I get the error message

"! Incomplete \iffalse; all text was ignored after line 40. all text was ignored after line 40."

in Kile. I managed to pin it down to this command

\cite{inet}{national-library-of-medicine}

Does anybody know what to do?

You got the line number where the error occurs and you have a suspicion. So you should be able to reduce the problem to a minimal example.
