Span Figure over two Pages in two-sided book

Post by Se7enDays »

Hi,

i am writing a document with a two-side book template. What I have now, is a image that is HUGE and I want to place it over two pages in that book. Basically start on an even page over to an odd page, so that you can see the whole image when you open up that book. Is that even possible with Latex? If yes, can I cut the borders to a minimum? Or do I need to think about another workaround for this?

I personally would set that image in a layout application, e.g., in Scribus, export it to PDF and use pdfpages to include it into my document.
