Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ tabulary | Different vertical alignment

I require the assistance with the following. I am using the tabulary package.

a. & 1. & some text here that wraps over generally 2 lines & 50,00 \tabularnewline   
\end{tabulary}

I need column 1 and 2 to align to the top of the cell while 3 and 4 to the bottom. Any idea's or help will be appreciated.
