Greetings,
I discovered this forum a while back, but have just recently started to make good use of it.
My familiarity with TeX dates back to 1988, with Tom Rokicki's AmigaTeX, and a couple of years after that LaTeX. I have used both LaTeX and plain TeX a great deal over the years, with some lapses, but still do not consider myself by any means an expert. I just somehow manage usually to make it do what I want to do.
I work for Intherack Corporation in Columbus, Ohio (http://www.interhack.com) as a Senior Analyst, and chief of documentation. We are a professional services comany
that does advanced research and problem solving in forensic computing and information assurance for high end clients. All documentation that gets released to clients, an extremely important component of our service, is rendered in LaTeX.
I have started hanging out on this forum because I am quite interested in learning more about editing and creating style and class files, at which I am a relative beginner.
