Problem with Compilation
I have successfully installed MikTex on a Windows 7 operating system and I am using the WinEdt. However when I attempt to compile a correctly writen Tex code to pdf mode I get error with the message: "I can't find the default format type" (!) Apologies if this is something common, or if it is discussed before, but I was unable to find any helpful information using the Forum's search...

NEW: TikZ book now 40% off at Amazon.com for a short time.
