Viewers for PDF, PS, and DVI ⇒ Set up two independent viewers for same file format
Set up two independent viewers for same file format
What is the easiest way to achieve this?
The viewer seems to be connected to the file format so I either have Acrobat or Sumatra but not both.
But I would love to be able to have both!
They are both useful as Sumatra gives you forward and inverse search, but Acrobat prints nicely.
Thank You in advance.
PS - If you need any help with the forward/inverse issue I have it working.
NEW: TikZ book now 40% off at Amazon.com for a short time.
And: Currently, Packt sells ebooks for $4.99 each if you buy 5 of their over 1000 ebooks. If you choose only a single one, $9.99. How about combining 3 LaTeX books with Python, gnuplot, mathplotlib, Matlab, ChatGPT or other AI books? Epub and PDF. Bundle (3 books, add more for higher discount): https://packt.link/MDH5p

Re: Set up two independent viewers for same file format
It is a little inconvenient to be updating a lyx file (and looking at it every few minutes) to have to go outside of LyX just to view the file.
This should be really easy to do from within LyX.
I just thought that with the "viewer" option so plainly in VIEW, this would be easy to do from within LyX.
But perhaps not.
