LyX ⇒ problem with short titles

Hello!

I am currently writing my master thesis in lyx and have some problems with the short titles.
If I insert a short title for a caption and want to export it with pdflatex, I get lots of warnings and errors (undefined control sequences, missing begin document, etc). If I delete the short title, everything works fine.
I use the document class book(koma) and I include the fancyhdr package.
Is there anything I have to watch out when using short titles or what might be the problem?

If you already use Koma's scrbook class, you could also use his scrpage2-pkg.
About your problem: Please post an mwe (see "2 When Posting" in the rules), unless it's only Lyx-related.
