epstopdf doesn't convert correctly

Post by Mitzu »

Hey,

I'm trying to get epstopdf to work, but something is going wrong. Instead of it converting the whole picture it only does the first millimeter of the picture, or something akin to that.
I've attached the MWE and the eps file(though in .zip format, as it was too big, otherwise) and hope someone may be able to help me.

Sincerely
Mitzu

Might be a flaw with the EPS file. Perhaps a conversion failure. If you have the picture in its original format (JPG, PNG), you better use this with PDFLaTeX.

I'm hope so, as I'll need the eps to pdf conversion going forward, but I just can't seem to find an *.eps file on the net for me to test it with and see if it's the file where the problem is at. :?

Your eps file converted fine for me. I'm using the epstopdf that comes with TeX Live 2010. I've attached the resulting PDF if you want to see how it converted.

I use MiKTex and TeXnicCenter. Any idea what might be giving me trouble?
