LyX ⇒ Overlay option in "beamer" presentation with LyX

Hi,

Does anyone know how the overlay options in the presentation(beamer) document class work? The only one I managed to use was Pause.

They seem like very useful options but I have no idea how to use them . I would appreciate some examples.
