LyX ⇒ Custom Name Float also another Question

I have 3 questions,
1. How to insert a custom name float? eg. Insert --> float --> Algorithm
how about I want to change the name of this Algorithm to something else. (As once inserted it shows the name Algorithm 1)

2. The second question is similar to the first question. While working in lyx, there is a way to view the source. But is there is a way to modify the source? One Naive way is to export--> plain latex and then modify. But after modification it reverts back to the original when I import back to lyx. So i guess there should be another way.

3. While writing in a table. How to go the next line within the same cell???
