Page Layout ⇒ Full page stretching problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my latex document.
I just noticed LaTeX kinda "stretches" the text to fill the entire height of the page. It is allright, except I use minitoc in my document and some chapters have few sections so the text is too much stretched that way :

I would like to be able to disable that behaviour on demand. Is that possible ?

Edit: I found a solution, even if I'm not sure this is the perfect one. I used to use a pagebreak after each one of my minitoc and clearpage solved this problem.

Hi Sullivan,

\raggedbottom disables the stretching, \flussbottom enables it.
