General ⇒ Hyperref and subfile packages

Hello there,

I'm using subfiles package to write a report and I can't seem to be able to use hyperref from one subfile to another. For instance, in chapter 3, I wanna refer to an definition from chapter 2. I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this.
