Document Classes ⇒ \paperwidth \paperheight in amsproc
\paperwidth \paperheight in amsproc
I used amsproc documentclass to prepare a manuscript in Latex. Now the publishers have given me a specific page size ( height and width) which does not match with the standards letterpaper, a4, etc. I have realised that amsproc does not support such arbitrary page settings. Changing the document class can cause other problems. What is best option for ( with least damage)?
NEW: TikZ book now 40% off at Amazon.com for a short time.
