Hello All,
I am facing an SOS situation where I need to submit the final paper by tomorrow.
The paper, intended for Advanced Func. Materials is 99% ready, but because I am using the Achemso package, the references are coming out a bit different.
ACS uses the "Last name, Initial" style while AFM uses the "Initials, Last name" style.
How can I tweak Achemso to change the reference output?
I know there are other small differences in referencing, which I have already taken care of.
Thanks!
Avi

Tweaking the Achemso file for References
Advanced Func. Materials is not an ACS journal. I'm afraid that it's therefore outside of the supported range of journals for achemso. (The achemso bundle is intended for ACS submissions.)

Re: Tweaking the Achemso file for References
John,
Thanks a lot.
I am aware that achemso exclusively serves ACS journals. Adv. Func. Mater. is also aware of that, but since they don't have their own template, they are ok with me using achemso.
Using Natbib, I tweaked pretty much every aspect of the referencing (aspect). The issue with the last names and initials is the only thing I am not able to fix.
I would be great if you could help me out.
Thanks.
Avi
