LaTeX source of a LaTeX tutorial needed!

Post by frodojedi »

Hi guys,
I have to write a guide for latex, and customize it for my purposes.

Is there anyone who can provide both the pdf and the source latex file
of a latex tutorial?
This...could be helpful in order to not write from the beginning everything.

...expecially tables with symbols and so on...

Thanks in advance

That would be a clear and flagrant violation of the author's copyright. If you want permission to do this, you'll need to ask the author anyway, so you might as well find one you like, and ask him/her directly.

Besides which, if you're competent enough to be writing your own tutorial on LaTeX, you're competent enough to figure out how to code the tutorial itself.

Yes I see your point,
mine was only an attempt to be faster with lots of tables with lots of symbols etc.

Of course I am able to write my own tutorial, it was just to be quicker.

If you have any help to give me in that sense...

You could take a look at the notes from the latest UK-TUG training day: http://uk.tug.org/2010/07/30/training-day-a-success/
