BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Highlight bibliography entries with *

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to highlight some bibliography entries by adding an asterisk before the the entry. For example:

Author, A, Journal Vol, PP, "Some article"
*Smith, J., \& Doe, J., Journal, Vol, PP, "Some other article"
Author, Another, Journal, Vol, PP, "another article"

Does anyone have any thoughts about how one could do this?
