I want to justify either left or right my article on the page.How?

\raggedleft, \raggedright, also take a look at the ragged2e package.

I'm sorry.
I want to justify both left and right my article on the page.(each side)

Do you mean you want it to be fully justified? That's the default behavior.

Otherwise, I think you're going to have to be much clearer about what problem you're having and what you're trying to do, and provide a minimal working example showing the misbehavior if possible.
