Dear help-me-if-you-can,
I am running MacTex and I have problems with BibTex. I am trying to call a .bib file that I am citing in input files under a macro; macrofile.tex.
I get the following error:I couldn't open file name `filename.aux'
when I try to typeset the bib.bib file in BibTex. When typesetting the macro I get :
Package natbib Warning: Empty `thebibliography' environment on input line 3.
) (./abbrev.tex [25] [26]
Chapter 10.
[27] [28] [29] [30])
Package natbib Warning: There were undefined citations.
I have tried to typeset in the order latex, bibtex, latex, latex but it doesn't work and references are given as [?]
Please help I have a a thesis deadline overdue
