Help with References

Post by std00088 »

Hi,

I am writing a paper using the IEEE tran package according to, http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/au ... index.html

I face the following problem:

My references are mixed with my figures. Namely the section of references includes tables and figures from the file.
cannot understand why but as I wrote the set of commands

\bibliographystyle{IEEEtran}
\bibliography{mybib}

after the final section, why the figures and tables were inserted in the references section

Can you propose me a way to get over this problem ?

I have tried to write
\begin{figure}[hbt] or \begin{figure}[!t] but neither work.

Thanks
