Child document with different class that master document

Post by moreno »

Hi all,
I am writing my PDThesis with Lyx 1.4.3. I am using a master file with different child documents for each chapter. The master file use the 'book' class. I want to insert a recent published article into my thesis as a new chapter. The problem appears because the class of the article ('aastex') is different from the master file ('book'). I can not change the class of the article because it contains tables made with this kind of class, and, it is obvious I can not change the class of the master file. Anybody know how can I insert the content of the article in the thesis document? Of course, without having to re-write the content of the tables ;-). Thank you everybody who have lost time reading this post and sorry for my poor english.
