~Hi I have a simple tex document which I had created at university. and transferred home. I have the same system here as at university. TexnicCenter (stable edition) and Mitex 2.9.
When i copied it across I brought all the associated files across too e.g the .aux file. As well as bringing across the last pdf I created.
Now when I make changes to the tex file using TexnicCenter and then try and build and view it just opens the original pdf.
I assumed this may ahve something to do with using it on a different system but now when I create a file locally from scratch it does not create any pdf and so when acrobat tries to open it I get an error.
Because of these I have check the build option locations and reinstalled Mitex to no avail. Does anyone have any further suggestions as to why it is not building?
Thanks in advance James
