the glyphs I got now are identical to yours. Therefore I put the "solved" icon on this topic.
P.S.
My version of Minion Pro came bundled with
Adobe InDesign 1.5 if I'm not mistaken. It should be one of the earlier implementation of
OpenType and probably rather buggy. That's why the displayed glyphs were not correct.
