Re: Error When Trying to Show Output
I guess that your Miktex installation is faulty. You should uninstall it and reinstall. Also, re-run the Texniccenter Profile Wizard.

Error When Trying to Show Output
Now that the problem seems to be solved, please be so kind and mark the topic accordingly as clearly written in Section 3 of the Board Rules (to be read before posting). Otherwise tell us what is missing. Please keep that in mind for the future so that further reminders will not be necessary.

Re: Error When Trying to Show Output
Actually did look for the blasted "complete topic" button or some such. I'm not new to help-forums like this. I then decided to leave it open in case I had trouble with the protex installation I'm going to try now. It seems like quite a few people have trouble viewing outputs.
But thanks for the reminder.

Re: Error When Trying to Show Output
Meh. I reinstalled everything. Adobe still won't open the document. But YAP will. Something is being created.
Should I just give up on ever having Adobe PDFs?

Well, give us more details! What do you see in the build output window?
