Texmaker and TeXstudio ⇒ Error message displays entire file path

Have a look at the attached file.

I would like to know how to make texmaker only display the file path from the "master" file. It just seems silly that it provides me with a seven mile long description about the file path. It should show the last part of it which is the useful part.

Also, texmaker doesn't seem to be able to jump into included files that has errors. Why can that be, since it makes texmaker so much less good to handle big projects.
