A simple problem with extra space in "aligning"
I tried 3 different ways and have the same problem in all:
***********************
\begin{align}
X&=X+W&=f\\
x&=x&=f_2.
\end{align}
************************
\begin{align}
X&=X+W&&=f\\
x&=x&&=f_2.
\end{align}
************************
\begin{align}
X&=X+W&=&f\\
x&=x&=&f_2.
\end{align}
***********************
