I already told you that tables are floating objects. They will float if there is not enough space left on a page. So it might occur that they appear at another place that differs from where they have been declared in the source.

There is no bug. This behaviour is intended thus quite normal.

The problem of the language barrier is one that only you alone can solve.

I already told you about floats and their behaviour. If you are interested in alternatives, refer to the TeX FAQ as mentioned in one of my earlier posts. I also referred you to a package that solves the issue with your table notes. I don't see where I can advice more.

I strongly recommend to do some basic reading [1]. Especially for French users there is a document called »Apprends LaTeX!«. Documents like lshort and l2tabu are also available in French. Such introductions in your mother tongue should make things easier for you.
