Page Layout ⇒ fancyhdr -no headers on pages where sections begin.

Hi,

Is there a way to use the fancyhdr package where it won't show the title of a section in the header if the section starts on this page?

Also, is there a way to make it show the earliest occuring section of a page at in the header rather than showing the section beginning nearest the bottom of the page?

I'm fairly sure there is, but give us a minimal working example to play around with, as suggested in the Board Rules.
