LyX-1.6.7-4-Installer page broken

I have tried multiple times to download the windows LyX-1.6.7-4-Installer. I cannot get the page to load, from any computer. Is the page down? Is the link old and non-functional?

Does somebody have a working link?

The link on the LyX website: here seems to work just fine for me. (At least I think it did; the file downloaded anyway. I don't use windows so I can't test it.)

If you're still having trouble, send me a private message, and I'll arrange to send or transfer the file another way. (It's too big to upload here.)

I've been trying now for nearly two weeks with no luck, so I don't think the problem is fixed. It may be intermittent, or it may be geographical? I'm sitting in Europe (Denmark).

I tried the link on the Lyx page, & the link in the earlier post. Maybe it's an FTP configuration problem?
