BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ How to sort bibliography by first author's last name?

Hi There

I am using \bibliographystyle{apalike} for my bibliography. It works fine and sort the bibliography by first author's first name.

But I need to sort them by first aurthor's last name. Any suggestions?
