someone can suggest me a lyx template in order to write my thesis?
I would want to use classicthesis but I do not know like recalling the template in lyx.
You can give some suggestion to me for an elegant and modern template?

In my opinion, there are two options: KOMA Script (-> scrbook) oder Memoir. However, this is more of a LaTeX-question than a LyX-question (as LyX only does what LaTeX can do) and it all depends on what you need. I would not/never recommend the standard classes though, and both, KOMA as well as Memoir represent better document classes based on the standard classes (more or less).
