Diagrams with boxes and text inside (the boxes)

I would like to know if there is an easy in LyX to construct a diagram composed by boxes with text inside and linked by a line to each other?
I can do it, using latex commands, but it is very boring to do that way.

you could use either the PS-Tricks package or the PGF/TikZ package.
