I notice \angle cannot be used inside \caption.

Working Example:

\documentclass[draft]{article}
\begin{document}
\begin{figure}
it is ok
\caption{$\triangle OKE$}
\end{figure}
\end{document}

Not working example:

\documentclass[draft]{article}
\begin{document}
\begin{figure}
it is not ok
\caption{$\angle NOT$}
\end{figure}
\end{document}
