You should use the Forum Search before posting because this is discussed very often. Use a common graphics package like pgf/tikZ or pstricks. The above mentioned search function will yield many examples as well as links to the example galleries of the packages.

For what? Let's hope that you don't expect complete code handed to you on a silver platter. Hints have already been given to you. Read the manual for the package of your choice, start on your own and feel free to ask further questions.
