Texmaker and TeXstudio ⇒ Version 2.0 with built in PDF viewer

I noticed that a new version of texmaker with a built-in PDF viewer was released today. Has anyone tried this yet? I’m mostly curious whether or not the built-in viewer supports SyncTeX-based forward/reverse search with the editor itself.

This thread suggests there's no SyncTeX support. Disappointing. A brand new feature which already feels obsolete.

The reason for integrating a built-in PDF viewer is SyncTex. The present viewer needs some polish but it's a welcome feature if SyncTex will be implemented in a later version.

Btw, it's impossible to scroll between pages. Scrolling work only on one page at the time.
