BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Need some help

Hi all,
I'm looking for an answer for several days and couldn't find the answre.
I want that in the bibliographie list, Last name will appear first and then first name.
I’m using Harvard style:

\usepackage{harvard}
\bibliographystyle{harvard}

The output looks like that:

R. Meyers (1983). Handbook of Energy Technology and Economics. Wiley, New York.
J. J. Michalsky (1988). `The Astronomical Almanac's algorithm for approximate solar position(1950-2050)'. Solar Energy 40(3):227 -235.

.
