glossaries | Integration into TeXShop

How can I make TeXShop compile automatically the glossary, without having to run makeglossaries myself?

I'm also struggling to make glossaries work. I tried several packages including glossary and glossaries, and settled on the glossary function built into the memoir class. That requires running MakeIndex from the command-line, as I can't figure out how to TeXShop to specify that MakeIndex should be using a particular configuration file and processing a glo file.
