Dear all,
I have installed succesfully MIKTEX 2.8 in C:\Program Files\ and now I am trying to install Texnic Center, following the instructions of Thomas Feuerstack (Protext).
My problem is that when I clik in 'Click here to install TexnicCenter' windows answer me: "Windows can not find the file 'C:\Documents'"
I can not understand that answer because, in theory, all is right and in the correct place.
Do you find any possible explanation to that fact?
Thank you in advance and Regards,
ruski

Re: problems installing TexnicCenter
Huh
What exactly is your problem?
I can say I neither know who Thomas Feuerstack is nor what he published in this particular context, but you can install TXC anywhere you want, if you have the rights. Maybe it's a problem with your account's right??
And if a folder and/or path doesn't exist, you could just simply create it, right?

The publication "The Quickest Way to a TEX System" belongs to Thomas Feuerstack, or perhaps I am hallucinating when I read the first page of it.enrico wrote:I can say I neither know who Thomas Feuerstack is nor what he published in this particular context,
