Hello,
is there a way to use the Gothic letter Hwair in LaTeX? (It is ƕ (small) and Ƕ (capital).)

\texthvlig from tipa, or \hv from wsuipa, seem to generate ƕ. I haven't found a command to generate Ƕ, but it is worth continuing to look.

You can of course typeset either of them using XeLaTeX and unicode input (so long as you choose a font containing them).
