I'm an unsophisticated TeXnicCenter Latex user, and added \usepackage{natbib} to my other \usepackage commands in order to be able to create a bibliography by hand via \begin{thebibliography} (ie, I'm not using Bibtex). I get the error message: File `natbib.sty' not found. What do I need to do to get access to the natbib package?

where is natbib?
At CTAN (the Comprehensive TeX Archive Network) you can find natbib and many other packages and documentation.
