Creating a "fancy" report

Post by tweeg »

I love latex, but most of the latex made documents look pretty much the same.

I would like to know how to (as easy as possible) make a document (report) in my case, look a bit more fancy.

like this for example:
fancyreport.jpg
fancyreport.jpg (255.88 KiB) Viewed 3520 times
Text is blurred a bit, not my example.

Maybe its quite easy to make it look like this, but i have no idea so thats why im asking :)

For standard classes try the titlesec package to modify the look of headings. The memoir class has some built-in features and the memoirchapterstyles document might give some inspiration.
