Hello, I have texlive 2009 with revtex4-1 in my ubuntu. But when I compile an revtex4-1 document, the command \footnote{} is not recognized so I cannot put footnotes in my article. When I try to use this command I get "there are undefined citations" and the .pdf comes out as [? ] and the footnote doesn't appear anywhere.
Can anyone help me?
