Dear members,
I have no idea of how to make figure inset.
I use xmgrace for plotting..After plotting i convert to eps then include to latex.
But i want to include a figure file (pdf/eps format) in to xmgrace plotted file. But i dont know how to do this. So what i think is is there a way to include two separate (one is graph and other is picture file, both being in eps/pdf) in to latex such that the picture file goes to top right side of the graph?

Looking at the screenshot gallery, it should be possible to do insets with Grace directly [1]. So, this may be the first point to start.

Hello Thorsten,

I already saw Grace site. But one can make insets of data (which contains x and y-values) and not picture file. I also posted the same question in grace forum. Still i don't get any responses (so i guess there is not option). So better to do it in Latex.
What i wanted to do is:
I have made a plot using xmgrace and wanted to include a figure inside the plot. how to do?

You should have been clearer in this point right at the beginning. In this case the overpic package may help.
